Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are provided at our discretion. All payment information is processed securely through Stripe.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time through dashboard settings.
Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivavex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vivavex harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these terms or applicable laws.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
